New Lemon Tree

Lemon Tree Hotels has inked its latest property, Lemon Tree Hotel, Mira Road, Mumbai, which will be operated by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. The new facility is anticipated to open in fiscal year 2026.

Lemon Tree Hotel in Mira Road, Mumbai, will have 108 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a meeting space, a swimming pool, and a spa. The property is located approximately 31 kilometers from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport and 13 kilometers from Borivali Railway Station.

Speaking on the occasion, Vilas Pawar, CEO of Managed and Franchise Business of Lemon Tree Hotels, commented, “We are excited to share the expansion of our portfolio in Mumbai, where we have five existing properties across upscale to midscale brands. This addition will complement our existing twelve hotels and two upcoming properties in Maharashtra.

Mumbai, the metropolis and financial hub of India, is renowned for its monuments, fast-paced way of life, and diverse cultural offerings. People from all across India and the world are drawn to it because it is a melting pot of cultures and aspirations. With its tall skyscrapers and bustling marketplaces, the city is a significant business hub. In the middle of all of this activity, Mira Road stands out as a developing suburb that provides a blend of commercial and residential spaces, along with facilities like retail centers, schools, and hospitals. Because Mira Road has a comparatively cheaper cost of living than the city center, even if it is still developing, it is becoming more and more popular.
