Regent Residences Set to Debut in Dubai

IHG Hotels & Resorts and Sankari, a renowned developer of luxury real estate in Dubai, have announced the opening of the first Regent Residences in the Middle East.

Located in Dubai's Marasi Marina neighborhood, Regent Residences Dubai - Sankari Place, a member of IHG Hotels & Resorts' luxury and lifestyle portfolio, will have ten floating houses in addition to 63 upper-class apartments. The property's launch, which is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027, is driven by Dubai's standing as a pioneer in the upscale lifestyle industry. Regent homes Dubai - Sankari Place is slated to open as the first standalone Regent Residences property globally, further demonstrating the growth of Dubai's branded homes market.

Expanding IHG’s high-end portfolio in the region, Regent Residences Dubai - Sankari Place will reflect modern upper luxury, catering to the refined and modern clientele. This flagship project celebrates the unique vision of elevating luxury hospitality experience within a residential ecosystem.

Situated on the well-known beachfront peninsula, occupants have a view of Downtown Dubai and Dubai Creek. Regent Residences Dubai will be close to important business and entertainment hubs and offer easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road due to its central location in the busy metropolis.

A range of luxury full-floor apartments with private pools and large outdoor living areas will be part of the twin-tower design. The idea behind the cascade architectural design was luxurious living. The property will have amenities like a golf simulator, movie theater, gaming area, and top-notch health and fitness centers.
