Just in time for Dry January, Tempo by Hilton has partnered with cocktail expert Derek Brown to refresh its menu of spirited and free-spirited beverages across all properties. Known for his work in the mindful drinking movement, Brown brings his expertise in no- and low-alcohol mixology to help create drinks that align with different guest preferences and support the brand’s focus on simple, balanced choices.
Beginning January 1, 2026, every Tempo by Hilton location in the U.S. will introduce a new cocktail selection that builds on the brand’s dual-menu approach. The updated offerings incorporate functional ingredients, mindful drinking principles, and contemporary mixology techniques.
