Hilton Opens Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa

Hilton has announced the opening of Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa, marking the brand’s entry into Hyderabad. Located in India’s biotech hub, the urban resort features contemporary spaces designed to complement the surrounding landscape and incorporates sustainable elements throughout the property.

Developed in partnership with C.K.R Resorts Pvt. Ltd., the new resort supports Hilton’s ongoing expansion in South Asia. It introduces the brand’s hospitality offering to Hyderabad, a city with increasing demand for business and leisure accommodation driven by strong infrastructure growth and global investment.

Set across 20 acres of green surroundings and a natural creek in Genome Valley, the resort features 115 guest rooms, including 13 pool villas and six suites. The design draws from Telangana’s cultural heritage, reflecting influences of Kakatiya architecture through locally sourced materials, traditional detailing, and the integration of native flora.
