Grand Continent Hotels Expands to North India with Gurugram Opening
Grand Continent Hotels Limited has announced the launch of its first property in Gurugram, marking the brand’s entry into the Delhi NCR market.

The development represents a step in the company’s broader expansion strategy in North India.
Located in Sector 45, Greenwood City, the hotel is positioned to cater to corporate travellers, long-stay guests, and domestic leisure demand. The property benefits from proximity to key business hubs and transport links, supporting its focus on mid-market hospitality offerings.
The company has also announced the signing of an additional 56-key hotel in Gurugram, near a major corporate office cluster, as part of its plan to strengthen its presence in the city.

Ramesh Siva, Founder and Managing Director of Grand Continent Hotels Limited, said,” The launch in Gurugram marks an important step in our growth journey. Having established a strong foundation in South India, we are now focused on expanding across key North Indian markets including Delhi NCR, Ayodhya, Jaipur, Varanasi, Somnath and Rameswaram.
Strengthening our presence in the city further, we have also signed a 56-key hotel, strategically located near the Google office in Gurugram. Over the next two years, we plan to add 15 hotels across these key cities as we continue to build a scalable and sustainable hospitality network.”
The newly opened property features 38 rooms, including premium rooms with balconies and deluxe rooms. Facilities include a multi-cuisine restaurant, in-room dining, a fitness centre, and concierge services. The hotel also offers banquet and conference spaces designed for meetings and small events.
Strategically located approximately 500 metres from Unitech Cyber Park and around 1 km from HUDA City Centre Metro Station, the property is positioned to provide connectivity for both business and leisure travellers.
Grand Continent Hotels currently operates 30 properties across more than 17 cities, with over 1,800 keys. The company has focused on expanding in high-demand urban markets through standardised service models and operational efficiency.
With increasing demand for organised mid-market hospitality in NCR and other emerging destinations, the company has identified North India as a key growth region. Its expansion strategy will continue to focus on asset-light models and partnerships to enable scale.
Founded in 2011, Grand Continent Hotels has built a presence across multiple Indian cities, along with international operations in the United States and Dubai, catering to a mix of business and leisure travellers.
