APPOINTMENT

Novotel Jodhpur has appointed Mr. Daman Mehta as its new Front Office Manager.
Mr. Mehta has been associated with Novotel Jodhpur since its pre-opening phase and brings over three years of on-ground operational experience with the property. During this period, he has held multiple roles within the front office function, beginning his journey as Duty Manager before being promoted to Assistant Front Office Manager. His progression to the role of Front Office Manager reflects his consistent involvement in day-to-day operations and his understanding of front office systems and guest service processes.

In his new role, Mr. Mehta will be responsible for overseeing front office operations, coordinating guest arrival and departure experiences, and ensuring service delivery aligns with Accor’s established brand and operational standards. His responsibilities will also include team coordination, process execution, and maintaining service consistency across all guest touchpoints at the front desk. Mr. Mehta has been actively involved in managing guest expectations and supporting the front office team through various stages of the hotel’s operations.
