APPOINTMENT
Four Seasons Hotel Madrid has appointed Patrick Pollak as Regional Vice President and General Manager, marking the next step in his long-standing career with the brand.

With close to three decades at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Patrick brings international experience across North America, Asia, and Mexico. He began his journey with the company in 1996 as Bar Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City and has since held senior leadership roles across multiple destinations.
Over the years, Patrick has led food and beverage operations and progressed into broader leadership roles including Hotel Manager and Resort Manager in locations such as Punta Mita, Dallas, and Hualalai. In 2017, he was appointed General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou, before going on to lead Four Seasons Hotel Toronto.
Born in Mexico City to French parents, Patrick grew up in a multicultural environment and later studied hospitality at Institut Paul Bocuse. His background across cultures and markets supports his approach to leading diverse teams and managing international luxury properties.
In his new role, Patrick will oversee operations at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid while also taking on regional responsibilities. His focus will be on building on the hotel’s existing positioning, strengthening team culture, and maintaining consistent service standards.
Patrick said he looks forward to working closely with the team and continuing the development of the property, with an emphasis on connection with guests and the city.
