Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou Appoints New General Manager

APPOINTMENT

Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre has announced the appointment of Daphne Ng as the new General Manager.

Daphne brings nearly two decades of global leadership experience in luxury hospitality industry, having worked at renowned properties across Asia.

She started her career with Four Seasons in 2005 as a Concierge Guest Relations Officer at Four Seasons Place Hong Kong. Since then, she has worked in key leadership roles in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Macao.

Previously she was appointed as Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Macao. During her tenure, the property won accolades, including Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star and Spa China awards from 2022 to 2025.

Daphne has also launched flagship projects like Four Seasons Hotel Beijing, Four Seasons Place Macao, and The Grand Suites at Four Seasons Macao.

Commenting on the appointment, Daphne said, “I am honoured to lead the hotel into its new era.  It is a mission to weave timeless elegance with the vibrant energy of Hangzhou. Together, we will create guest experiences and memories that endure.”
