Fortune Hotels, a member of the ITC Hotels Group, has announced three new appointments across its properties in Uttarakhand, Gujarat, and West Bengal.
Satish Semwal- Appointed as General Manager- Brand Operations at Fortune Park, Haridwar
With over 18 years of experience, Satish brings with him expertise in hotel operations, people-first leadership style, brand management, and service excellence. In his new role, he will lead operations at the hotel with a focus on enhancing guest experience and further strengthening the brand’s presence in the region.
Throughout his career, Satish has held leadership positions with leading hospitality brands, including Lemon Tree Hotels, Sarovar Portico, Amatra Dunsvirk Court Mussoorie, Holiday Inn Katra, and Hilton Worldwide, India. Most recently, he served as General Manager at Sarovar Portico Panipat.
Rahul Harish Ghag- Appointed as Operations Manager- Brand Operations at Fortune Park, Dahej
Rahul brings over 17 years of extensive experience in hotel operations, guest services, and revenue optimisation. In his new role, he will lead operations with a focus on enhancing the guest experience.
His career includes multiple senior roles across reputed hospitality chains, such as IHCL, The Residency Hotel, and ITC Hotels.
Most recently, he served as Accommodation Manager at Fortune Landmark Ahmedabad.
Supriyo Dhali- Appointed as General Manager, Brand Operations at Fortune Select Siliguri
With over 25 years in the industry, Supriyo brings a proven record in hotel operations, guest engagement, and brand-led service delivery.
In his new role at Fortune Hotels, he will be responsible for hotel’s end-to-end functioning, with a strong focus on elevating the guest experience and strengthening the brand’s presence in the region.
Throughout his career, Supriyo has held leadership roles with renowned hospitality brands, including Sterling Holidays, Lemon Tree Hotels, Club Mahindra, Park Inn by Radisson, Taj Hotels, and ITC Hotels.
Most recently, he served as General Manager at Sterling Aravalli, Udaipur.
