Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has introduced its summer 2025 experiences, offering travellers a diverse range of seasonal activities, wellness programs, culinary events, and family-friendly offerings across its global destinations. From city rooftop gardens to desert spas and lakeside retreats, the brand aims to blend local culture with luxury hospitality.

Spanning destinations from Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah to Canada’s Rockies, urban Toronto, and coastal Sonoma, the properties are hosting curated events and wellness initiatives to help guests connect with nature, regional cuisine, and cultural heritage.

Wellness and Spa Experiences Across Destinations

This summer, several Fairmont properties are spotlighting wellness through immersive treatments and upgraded facilities.

In Dubai, Fairmont The Palm is offering a chakra-based treatment under its Serenity – The Art of Well Being program. The Ila Chakra experience includes chakra-balancing oils, lymphatic massage, and calming techniques.

In the U.S., Fairmont Spa Austin introduces the Renewal Ritual, which incorporates heat and cold therapies, including a saline soak, dry sauna, and cold plunge.

At Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn, guests can enjoy an exclusive evening bathhouse experience as part of Fairmont’s “Special Happens…” program. This includes private access to geothermal pools and a charcuterie-and-sparkling wine pairing under the stars.

Opening September 15, BASIN Glacial Waters at Chateau Lake Louise in Canada will offer a self-guided thermotherapy spa circuit with indoor-outdoor facilities and views of Victoria Glacier.

In Toronto, Fairmont Royal York has launched the REIGN Dinner Series, a monthly rooftop-to-table experience where guests pick ingredients from the rooftop garden, which are then featured in a seasonal four-course dinner paired with local wines.

In Rio de Janeiro, the Spirit Copa Bar at Fairmont Copacabana has unveiled a tarot-themed cocktail menu titled “What’s Your Spirit?”, with beverages inspired by archetypes like intuition, transformation, and ambition.

In Vancouver, Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is offering a limited-time Tea in the Window experience. This private afternoon tea is hosted in a street-level window display for a unique view and ambiance, accompanied by fresh pastries and tea sandwiches.

Family Activities and Kids’ Camps

Families traveling with children can explore a variety of kid-friendly programs:

  • Camp JPL at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in Canada invites children aged 5–12 to take part in outdoor activities and wilderness learning while parents relax or golf.
  • At Fairmont Grand Del Mar in San Diego, junior guests can join tennis and golf camps followed by pool time and group games.
  • In Bermuda, Hamilton Princess & Beach Club offers beachside sandcastle-building workshops with local artist Hannah Emmerson, including transport by the hotel’s iconic pink jitney.

Cultural Collaborations and Community Events

Fairmont Hotel Riyadh is currently hosting an exhibition in collaboration with the Saudi Ministry of Culture and the Crafts Association. Running until the end of 2025, the showcase highlights traditional Saudi techniques in ceramics, woodwork, sculpture, and weaving.

The Jaipur property is offering guided village walks through Chak Charanwas as part of its “Special Happens…” series. Visitors can explore local crafts like Zari embroidery and pottery, enjoy camel rides, and engage with local artisans.

For festivalgoers, Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth in Montreal serves as a central hub for events such as Just for Laughs, Osheaga, and Montreal Pride. The hotel’s downtown location places guests within easy reach of the city’s summer cultural calendar.
