Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata and Ozone Convention Centre Appoint Prasanta Nandi as Director of Food & Beverage

Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata and Ozone Convention Centre have announced the appointment of Prasanta Nandi as Director of Food & Beverage. He joins the property with over 15 years of experience across luxury and upper-upscale hospitality brands, bringing expertise in operational management, guest experience, and F&B strategy.

Nandi began his career in hospitality with a strong operational focus, gaining hands-on experience across guest services, restaurant operations, bars, banqueting, and outdoor catering.

Over the course of his career, he has been associated with renowned hospitality brands, including Hyatt, Marriott, Starwood, and The Leela Group. His experience spans restaurant management, beverage operations, large-scale banqueting, outdoor catering, and departmental leadership.

Prior to this appointment, Nandi served as Director of Food & Beverage at Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata, where he oversaw the hotel’s F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and dining strategy.

In his new role, Nandi will focus on enhancing Food & Beverage offerings at Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata through guest-centric experiences, operational consistency, and market-aligned dining concepts. At Ozone Convention Center, he will work on strengthening its positioning as a destination for weddings, conferences, corporate events, and social functions, with an emphasis on execution, service delivery, and guest engagement.
