Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan Appoints Chef Irshad Shaikh as Executive Chef

Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan has announced the appointment of Chef Irshad Shaikh as Executive Chef. He brings over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in culinary operations, menu development, and guest dining experiences.

In his new role, Chef Irshad will lead the hotel’s culinary operations, overseeing food quality, hygiene standards, and overall service delivery. His responsibilities will include managing kitchen operations, enhancing menu offerings, and ensuring consistent guest satisfaction.

Over the course of his career, he has been associated with several hospitality brands and properties, including The St. Regis Mumbai, Fairmont Udaipur Palace, Constance Lemuria Seychelles, Shangri-La Muscat, and Taj Mahal Mumbai. His experience spans multi-outlet kitchen management, menu innovation, and involvement in pre-opening hospitality projects.

Chef Irshad is recognised for his focus on culinary creativity, operational efficiency, and guest-centric service.
