Elite Havens partnership brings Akkulla villas to Seminyak

Elite Havens has been appointed as the exclusive manager and marketing partner for Akkulla, a 31-villa estate in Seminyak, Bali. The project is scheduled to open in the second half of 2026.

The appointment includes involvement from the early stages of development, with Elite Havens contributing to service design, guest experience planning, pricing strategy and market positioning.

According to the company, its role began before construction, advising on villa configurations, operational planning and amenity design. This approach is intended to align development with guest expectations and ensure operational consistency once the property opens.

Maya Rigg, CEO of Elite Havens, said early involvement in the project has enabled the company to shape the guest journey, from arrival to departure, while maintaining a consistent service approach across the estate.

Akkulla is designed as a private villa estate offering a mix of accommodation types, ranging from one-bedroom cottages to four-bedroom villas. The layout combines indoor and outdoor living spaces, with private pools and open-plan designs.

The estate will also include shared facilities such as dining venues, wellness areas and communal spaces designed for relaxation and social interaction. These include Rasa Galleria, a multi-level space for dining and wellness, and Cakra Lounge, intended as a central gathering area.

Located in Seminyak, the development provides access to nearby beaches, dining options and local attractions, while offering a more private setting for guests.

The project will be available through Elite Havens’ distribution network upon opening.
