ECKO Hotels & Resorts Appoints Ajayakumar Radhakrishnan as Consulting Partner – Legal

ECKO Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Ajayakumar Radhakrishnan as Consulting Partner – Legal, as the company continues to strengthen its legal and compliance framework.

Ajayakumar brings extensive experience across the hospitality, real estate, corporate, and commercial sectors. Over the course of his career, he has advised hotel owners, operators, developers, and businesses on legal, regulatory, contractual, and compliance matters. His areas of expertise include hotel management agreements, lease and licensing arrangements, corporate transactions, dispute resolution, and land and property matters.

In his new role at ECKO Hotels & Resorts, he will work closely with Founder Perkin Rocha to support legal and compliance functions, provide strategic counsel, strengthen governance frameworks, manage risk, and support the company’s expansion plans across India.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Mangalore University.

The appointment aligns with ECKO Hotels & Resorts’ focus on strengthening governance and supporting its growing portfolio, which currently includes 12 operational hotels with additional properties in development.
