Crowne Plaza Greater Noida Strengthens Leadership Team with Key Appointments
Crowne Plaza Greater Noida has announced the appointments of Yogesh Sharma as Executive Housekeeper and Shailesh Kaushik as Learning & Development Manager. These additions support the hotel’s focus on operational efficiency, service quality, and team development.
Yogesh Sharma – Executive Housekeeper

Yogesh Sharma brings over 17 years of experience in housekeeping and hospitality operations. He began his career at The Oberoi Grand Kolkata and has since worked with leading brands including Trident Bandra Kurla, Jaypee Greens Golf & Spa Resort, Marriott International, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Taj Hotels.
In his previous role at Le Méridien Kochi, he contributed to improving guest satisfaction, streamlining housekeeping processes, and managing large teams. He also brings experience in pre-opening environments, having set up housekeeping operations and systems across multiple properties.
Shailesh Kaushik – Learning & Development Manager

Shailesh Kaushik has over 8 years of experience in learning and development, focusing on training, team capability building, and organisational growth. He was previously associated with Baskin Robbins India, where he led L&D initiatives across more than 330 stores in North India.
His experience also includes roles at Cinépolis India as Regional Trainer – South India and Cafe Coffee Day, where he worked on leadership development, training programs, and process improvement.
He is a graduate of Institute of Hotel Management Jaipur and holds certifications in Food Safety (FOSTAC) and soft skills training.
