Choice Hotels International Promotes Tony Pallas to Chief Technology Officer

Choice Hotels International, Inc. has promoted Tony Pallas to Chief Technology Officer.

In his new role, Tony will lead enterprise technology, engineering, and SkyTouch Technology, the company’s hotel operations and property management platform. He will report to Anna Scozzafava, the Chief Data, AI & Technology Officer and support the company’s technology innovation strategy.

Tony has been associated with Choice Hotels for over a decade, where he has held several leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial and Technology Officer for the company’s property management systems business, where he was responsible for driving commercial strategy and technology development.

He also played a key role as executive sponsor and chief architect for CHARLIE, an AI-powered solution introduced by the company, contributing to the development of digital capabilities aimed at improving operational efficiency and demand generation.

Throughout his tenure, Tony has led platform modernization efforts, expanded cloud-based capabilities, and delivered scalable solutions supporting hotel performance and franchisee success.

Prior to joining Choice Hotels, Tony advised organizations on technology strategy and product development, leading teams delivering software solutions across web, mobile, and IoT platforms.
