APPOINTMENT
Novotel Guwahati has announced the appointment of Cheten P. Lepcha as its new Talent & Culture Manager.
With over eight years of extensive experience in Human Resources, Cheten will bring skills in talent development, employee engagement, organizational culture, and leadership development to the new role.
His professional journey began in 2017 with Accor when he was appointed as a Talent & Learning Intern at Fairmont Jaipur. After this, he held impactful roles across all three ibis Hotels in North India.
He most recently served as Talent & Culture Manager at ibis Gurgaon Golf Course Road, where he led strategic HR initiatives and promoted a people-first culture.
Cheten has earned multiple accolades inn his hospitality career, including the Accor Emerging Leader of the Year Award 2021. He is also a Certified Graduate of Accor’s Global Leadership Program Pro 2025.
