Carmel Valley Ranch has announced two new appointments in its Culinary team.
Molly Coen- Appointed as Pastry Chef

Molly Coen will work at Carmel Valley’s acclaimed restaurant, Valley Kitchen. Molly is a Johnson & Wales University graduate, having worked with renowned hospitality names including Four Seasons Hotel Denver as a Pastry Chef.
Ty Thaxton- Appointed as Executive Chef

Executive Chef Ty Thaxton, will lead the resort’s signature restaurant, Valley Kitchen. With over 20 years of experience, he will oversee all culinary operations, having worked across renowned hospitality brands including Ritz-Carlton properties in Washington, D.C. and Cancun.
