Courtyard by Marriott Bilaspur Appoints Nilesh Jain as General Manager

Courtyard by Marriott Bilaspur has appointed Nilesh Jain as General Manager, effective June 8, 2026.

Nilesh brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, holding extensive expertise in operational excellence, team leadership, financial performance and team development.

In his new role, he will oversee the overall operations of the hotel, with a focus on enhancing guest experiences, driving operational excellence, strengthening commercial performance, and supporting long-term growth objectives.

Nilesh has previously held leadership positions with renowned hospitality groups, including The Oberoi Group, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), The Leela, and Marriott International. He began his career in Food & Beverage operations, gaining expertise in fine dining, banqueting, large-scale catering, and hotel operations.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Director of Operations at Marriott Hotel Indore, where he played a key role in overseeing hotel functions, improving service standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving overall business performance.
