BEKIND Hospitality Launches Maharaja Experiences in the Maldives

Maldives Offering by BEKIND Focuses on Indian Travellers

BEKIND Hospitality Group has introduced its Maharaja Experiences across its Maldivian properties, Fushifaru Maldives and Meyyafushi Maldives, with a focus on travellers from India. The initiative reflects the growing importance of India as an outbound travel market and the need for more tailored hospitality offerings.

The Maharaja Experiences are designed around a personalized travel journey, beginning with airport meet-and-greet services and seaplane transfers, and continuing through curated in-resort experiences. The programme emphasizes familiarity, cultural understanding, and flexibility across various aspects of the stay.

At Fushifaru Maldives, the experience centres on a smaller island setting with a focus on nature, local surroundings and guest engagement with the environment. Activities are designed to encourage exploration while maintaining a connection to the island’s landscape.

Meyyafushi Maldives, a newer addition to the group’s portfolio, follows a broader, all-inclusive approach aimed at families and multi-generational travellers. The resort includes a range of facilities, including an underwater restaurant, sports and recreation areas, and dedicated areas for children and group activities.

Food and dining are central to the programme. Guests are offered Indian-inspired menus, including thali-style meals and regional dishes, with attention to dietary requirements, including vegetarian and Jain options. The aim is to provide a sense of familiarity while maintaining a diverse culinary offering.

Beyond dining, the programme includes wellness treatments, water-based activities and cultural experiences, alongside options for relaxation and leisure. At Meyyafushi, additional programming supports family engagement through structured activities and shared experiences.
