APPOINTMENT
Amber India USA has announced the appointment of Chef Ram Pratap Singh Kushwah as its new Indian Cuisine Specialty Chef.

Chef Ram Pratap brings with extensive global luxury hospitality experience, having most recently served as Senior Sous Chef at Amber India International Restaurant & Catering, San Francisco, California. He has also held the role of Chef de Cuisine at JW Marriott Hotel, New Delhi.
In his new role at Amber India USA, Chef Ram Pratap oversees kitchen operations, menu development, banquet planning, and culinary execution. His responsibilities include daily review of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), briefing kitchen teams on upcoming functions, supervising and coordinating culinary staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and ensuring compliance to budgeted food costs.
Prior to his international assignments, he worked at India’s leading hotels including Trident Hotel, Gurugram, The Oberoi, and The Park Chennai where he developed his multi cuisines expertise.
