Alma Resort Cam Ranh Appoints New Director of Operations

APPOINTMENT

Alma Resort Cam Ranh has appointed Pham Duy Huy as its new Director of Operations.

A Vietnamese national, Huy brings with him extensive experience in resort operations and general management, having held senior leadership roles across several large-scale integrated resorts in Vietnam.

He joins Alma Resort Cam Ranh from Vinpearl, where he most recently served as Director of Operations at Vinpearl Nha Trang Bay Resort and Villas. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing day-to-day resort operations and supporting performance outcomes across key departments. Prior to this, he held Director of Operations positions at Vinpearl Hon Tam and Vinpearl Beachfront Nha Trang.

Huy has also worked as General Manager across multiple Vinpearl properties, including Vinpearl Discovery Sealink Nha Trang, Vinpearl Long Beach Nha Trang, Vinpearl Discovery 3 Nha Trang, Vinpearl Discovery 1 Nha Trang and Vinpearl Empire Nha Trang. During these assignments, he managed resort operations, supported guest experience initiatives and handled high-demand operational periods.

Earlier in his career, Huy served as Front Office Director and Duty Manager at Vinpearl Golfland Resort and Villas, where he managed large guest service teams, coordinated VIP and VVIP arrivals, and contributed to pre-opening operations. He also worked as a Vinpearl QA expert, conducting quality audits across the group’s portfolio.

Huy holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Trade and Commerce from Saxion Hogeschool in the Netherlands and completed an exchange program at Yeungnam University in South Korea.
