ALHI Appoints Reena Shanahan and Jillian Cauvin as Directors of Global Sales

Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) has appointed Reena Shanahan and Jillian Cauvin as Directors of Global Sales, strengthening its global sales team.

Shanahan brings over 20 years of experience across hospitality sales, business development, and healthcare operations. Her previous roles include Senior Area Sales Manager at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Director of Global Accounts at Omni Hotels, and Director of Sales (Midwest) at Teneo Hospitality Group, where she managed a portfolio of more than 60 hotels. She is based in the Washington, D.C. area and represents the Mid-Atlantic region.

Cauvin also brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, including over a decade in hospitality. Most recently, she served as Global Group and Meetings Manager for sports and entertainment at Choice Hotels International. Prior to that, she held global sales roles at IHG Hotels & Resorts, progressing to Account Director. She is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and represents the Southern region.

In their roles at ALHI, Shanahan and Cauvin will focus on client engagement, partnership development, and supporting the organisation’s global sales initiatives.
