Airbus Stock Repurchase Update
Airbus SE disclosed the share buyback transactions in Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council, dated 16 April 2014, concerning market abuse (the “EU Market Abuse Regulation”).
The transactions referenced herein fall under the second tranche of the share buyback program, which was officially announced on September 9, 2024. The buyback program received authorization from the shareholders of Airbus SE during the Annual General Meeting conducted on April 10, 2024.
