AirAsia Advises Passengers on New “All Indonesia” Entry Form Requirement

Starting from September 1, 2025, all international passengers arriving in Indonesia must complete the “All Indonesia” entry form at least three days before their arrival. The form can be submitted online at allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or through the All Indonesia mobile app, which is available on both iOS and Android. This requirement is in accordance with the updated regulations of the Indonesian Immigration Department.

Completion of the form is mandatory for immigration clearance and replaces the need to fill out paperwork or the Electronic Customs Declaration (ECD) at the airport.

Eddie Krismaydi, Director of Policy and Government Relations at Indonesia AirAsia, stated: “The All Indonesia system is intended to simplify the arrival process by reducing the need for multiple forms. Passengers are encouraged to complete the online form before travel to ensure a smoother arrival experience.”

The All Indonesia system integrates immigration, customs, health, and quarantine procedures into a single digital platform. Once submitted, passenger details are recorded in advance, helping to streamline checks upon arrival.

Special provisions have been established for groups such as elderly passengers, individuals with disabilities, and unaccompanied minors. Dedicated checkpoints, known as Corridor Gates, are available for these groups to ensure a safer and more efficient clearance process.

Passengers should ensure that the information entered is accurate to avoid issues during immigration checks.
