Abhishek Madaan appointed as Head Chef at Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur

APPOINTMENT

Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur has appointed Chef Abhishek Madaan as its Head Chef.

Madaan brings over 18 years of culinary experience gained across various hospitality brands in India and overseas.

He returns to the property after being involved in its pre-opening phase, during which he contributed to concept development, menu engineering, team building, and establishing operational SOPs.

Over the course of his career, he has held senior roles with RHG, Sarovar Hotels, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Marriott International.

In his new position, he will work on menu development, consistency in operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and overall guest dining experience.

His deep understanding of our culinary philosophy, combined with his proven leadership, makes him the ideal choice to elevate our offerings.
