Delhi6 Indian Kitchen & Bar Appoints Chef Kailash Singh as Executive Chef for Texas Operations

Delhi6 Indian Kitchen & Bar has appointed Chef Kailash Singh as Executive Chef, strengthening its culinary leadership as the brand expands its presence in the U.S. market. Based in Highland Village, Texas, he will lead the kitchen operations and drive the restaurant’s vision of offering authentic Indian cuisine with a contemporary approach.

Chef Kailash Singh brings international experience across India, the United States, Poland, and the UAE. He has worked across progressive Indian cuisine, menu innovation, and kitchen leadership, contributing to both traditional and modern dining concepts.

Before joining Delhi6 Indian Kitchen & Bar, he served as Sous Chef at BarNaan in Brookfield, USA, and most recently as Chef de Partie at ROOH San Francisco, where he worked on modern Indian cuisine and contemporary presentation styles. His earlier experience includes roles in Warsaw, Poland, where he developed Indian-inspired menus for international audiences, and at Namak by Chef Kunal Kapoor at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi, focusing on tandoor cuisine and regional Indian dishes.

He has also been associated with Oven Hot Bakery & Sweets L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi, Masala Library by Jiggs Kalra in New Delhi, Café Out of the Box in Khan Market, Trinity Residency in Gurugram, and Mojo Blu at Cyber Green. Across his career, he has contributed to multiple pre-opening projects, including kitchen planning, menu design, operations, and team training.

In his new role, Chef Kailash Singh will lead culinary operations in Texas, focusing on menu development, quality standards, and delivering a refined Indian dining experience.
