Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) Promotes Stefan Vasic as Senior Director, Head of Marketing, Brand Management & Guest Experience

Swiss International Air Lines has promoted Stefan Vasic to Senior Director, Head of Marketing, Brand Management & Guest Experience. In his expanded role, he will lead the airline’s global marketing strategy while overseeing brand development and the end-to-end guest experience across all touchpoints.

Vasic has been associated with Swiss International Air Lines for nearly two decades and has held several leadership roles within the organisation. Most recently, he served as Head of Marketing, where he was responsible for global brand strategy, market positioning, and integrated marketing initiatives for Switzerland’s national carrier.
Over the years, he has led multidisciplinary teams across marketing, sponsorships, event management, and dialogue marketing, contributing to the airline’s brand development and post-pandemic recovery efforts.
In his new role, Vasic will be responsible for shaping the overall brand experience across digital platforms, airport touchpoints, lounges, cabin interiors, and onboard services. He will work closely with cross-functional teams across Swiss International Air Lines and the Lufthansa Group to deliver a seamless and premium customer journey.
This elevation reflects the airline’s continued focus on strengthening its brand identity and enhancing the overall guest experience for its global customer base.
