The Westin Pune Koregaon Park Appoints Arshiya Paul as Director of Human Resources

The Westin Pune Koregaon Park has appointed Arshiya Paul as Director of Human Resources, strengthening its leadership team.

Arshiya brings over 16 years of experience in hospitality human resources, with expertise in talent management, employee engagement, organisational culture, leadership development, and HR operations. In her new role, she will lead the hotel’s human resources function, focusing on talent acquisition, learning and development, and people strategies aligned with business objectives.

Prior to joining The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, Arshiya served as Talent and Culture Manager at Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences. She has also held similar roles across the ibis, ibis Styles, and ibis budget portfolio in Kolkata, where she was involved in talent development and workplace culture initiatives.

Her professional experience also includes roles as Human Resources Manager at The Astor, Kolkata, and Assistant Manager – Human Resources at Interactive Avenues, contributing to her overall experience in HR management. She began her career in HR with organisations such as Flipkart and SPANCO, building a strong foundation in human resources management.

In her current role, Arshiya will oversee HR operations, support employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to organisational development at the hotel.

The appointment is part of the hotel’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its leadership team and support operational growth.
