Sevaantha Hospitality has announced the appointment of Sumit Rathour and M. Vijay Kumar as Partners & Directors, strengthening the company’s leadership as it continues to build its presence in the hospitality sector.

Sumit Rathour- Partner & Director

Sumit Rathour brings over 13 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, with expertise in operations, guest experience, food and beverage management, and business development. He is currently serving as Director at Sevaantha Hospitality.

Prior to this, Rathour held key roles with leading hospitality brands, including Marriott International and Radisson Blu, where he was involved in restaurant operations and food and beverage management. His experience also includes positions at Aurika Hotels & Resorts and Radisson Hotel Group, where he was part of pre-opening teams and contributed to operational setup and service delivery. He began his career with Grand Hyatt Goa, building a strong foundation in hospitality operations.

M. Vijay Kumar – Partner & Director

M. Vijay Kumar brings over 15 years of experience as a Legal and Revenue Specialist, with expertise in legal compliance, financial strategy, and business growth. In his role as Partner & Director, he provides strategic oversight, supporting governance, compliance frameworks, and revenue planning for the company.

Together, the leadership team will focus on strengthening operational capabilities, ensuring compliance, and driving the company’s growth strategy in the evolving hospitality landscape.
