Rhythm Hotel & Suites Gurugram Appoints Divyansh Rajdeep as Assistant Manager – HR (HOD)

Rhythm Hotel & Suites Gurugram, a unit of Rhythm Hospitality, has appointed Divyansh Rajdeep as Assistant Manager – Human Resources (HOD), effective June 12, 2026.

In his current role, Rajdeep oversees human resources functions for the 150-room property, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR operations.

Prior to joining Rhythm Hospitality, he was associated with Infinitea Hotels & Resorts, Palampur, where he served as Cluster Assistant Manager – HR & Training. In this role, he led HR and training functions across three properties in Palampur, including Infinitea Sports Club & Tea Garden Resort, Dakbungalow by Infinitea, and Firewood restaurant.

Earlier in his career, Rajdeep worked as Assistant Manager – HR & Training and Senior Assistant HR & Training within the Infinitea group. He has also been associated with Jujurana Resort & Spa, a unit of Tiaraa Hotels Group, and The Citadel Resorts in Dharamshala, where he handled HR, training, and administrative responsibilities.

His experience includes HR operations, training and development, and compliance with domestic labour laws across hospitality organisations.
