EOS Hospitality Appoints Ellen Kaplan as Senior Vice President of Marketing

EOS Hospitality has appointed Ellen Kaplan as Senior Vice President of Marketing. In this role, she will lead the company’s marketing strategy and team, supporting brand growth, portfolio positioning, and corporate communications across EOS Hospitality and EOS Investors.

Kaplan brings over a decade of experience across marketing in the restaurant, hospitality, media, and lifestyle sectors. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Marketing at José Andrés Group, where she led brand, digital, content strategy, public relations, creative, and partnerships across the organization’s portfolio. She worked across multiple markets, including Washington, D.C., New York City, Los Angeles, South Florida, Las Vegas, and Chicago.

Prior to this, she held leadership roles within José Andrés Media, overseeing content, editorial, video, and social media strategy, along with audience development and content production. She was also involved in the launch and promotion of television, streaming, publishing, and live-event initiatives.

Earlier in her career, Kaplan worked with Under Armour, focusing on global content and social media strategy and developing original campaigns.

In her new role at EOS Hospitality, she will oversee the marketing organization and support corporate marketing and communications initiatives. She will also serve as executive sponsor for the company’s community impact program.

Kaplan is currently based in Washington, D.C., and is expected to relocate to New York City.
