ITC Hotels Signs Welcomhotel Property in Gandhinagar, Gujarat

ITC Hotels Expands Presence with New Gujarat Signing

ITC Hotels has announced the signing of a management agreement for a 101-key Welcomhotel property in the Karai area of Gandhinagar.

The development marks an expansion of the company’s presence in Gujarat and adds to its portfolio in the region. The hotel will include guest rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a coffee lounge.

The property is being developed across approximately nine acres and will include indoor banqueting space of over 10,000 square feet, along with around 46,000 square feet of outdoor landscaped areas. These facilities are intended to cater to events such as meetings, weddings and social gatherings.

Located between Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad, the site offers access to key infrastructure, including the airport and business districts such as GIFT City. The Karai area is emerging as a developing location within the region.

The hotel is expected to open later this year. ITC Hotels continues to focus on expanding its presence in markets with growing hospitality demand.
