W Goa Appoints Arul Kumar as Director of Services

W Goa Hotel has appointed Arul Kumar as Director of Services, bringing over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality to the role.

Arul Kumar began his career in housekeeping and has since held positions with leading hospitality brands, including Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton and The Leela. His experience spans multiple international markets, including India, the UAE, Oman and China.

Arul holds extensive expertise in housekeeping operations, quality management and guest engagement. He has also worked closely with Engineering and Front Office teams to optimise room inventory, contributing to improved operational efficiency and strong room profitability performance.

In his new role, Arul will oversee housekeeping operations and other guest-facing functions at the resort. He will work closely with the leadership team to implement global housekeeping initiatives, enhance operational performance and elevate the overall guest experience.

His responsibilities will also include fostering cross-departmental collaboration, streamlining day-to-day operations and supporting key strategic priorities for the resort.
