Palisociety Joins Design Hotels Portfolio

Design Hotels Expands Portfolio with 16 Palisociety Properties

Design Hotels has announced an agreement with Palisociety that will see 16 properties across the United States join its portfolio, marking a significant expansion for the design-led hotel collection.

The agreement covers hotels operated by Los Angeles-based hospitality company Palisociety across nine destinations in the United States. Together, the properties comprise more than 1,000 rooms and will join Design Hotels’ global network of independently owned hotels.

The addition supports Design Hotels’ continued growth in the Americas and strengthens its presence in key urban and leisure destinations across the country.

16 Hotels to Join the Design Hotels Network

The portfolio includes properties operating under the Palihouse, Palihotel, Le Petit Pali, and ARRIVE brands, as well as independent hotels within the Palisociety collection.

Strengthening Boutique Hospitality Presence

Founded in Los Angeles in 2008, Palisociety operates a collection of hotels, residences and restaurants focused on design, local culture and neighbourhood-driven experiences.

Under the agreement, participating properties will gain access to its marketing, public relations, sales and digital services, and will also benefit from Marriott International’s global distribution network.

In the coming months, the hotels are also expected to join Marriott Bonvoy, providing guests with access to the loyalty programme’s benefits and booking platform.
