Hyatt Regency Pune Promotes Gaurav Bisht to Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

Hyatt Regency Pune & Residences has promoted Gaurav Bisht to Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.
In his new role, Bisht will oversee food and beverage operations, guest experience initiatives, revenue strategies, and team development across dining outlets and event services at the property.

Bisht has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in operations, guest engagement, and business strategy. Prior to this promotion, he served as Food & Beverage Manager at Hyatt Regency Pune, where he was involved in customer satisfaction initiatives, dining concepts, and revenue-focused activities.

During his tenure at the hotel, he also held positions including Assistant Food & Beverage Manager and Restaurant & Bar Manager, contributing to operational projects related to staff training, sales execution, cost management, and service delivery.
Before joining Hyatt Regency Pune, Bisht worked with hospitality brands such as The Westin Gurgaon and The Grand, New Delhi.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from Delhi Institute of Hotel Management.
His promotion reflects the hotel’s focus on strengthening its food and beverage leadership and operational capabilities.
