Amit Dash Elevated to Multi-Property Director of Culinary at The Westin Gurgaon and The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa

The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi and The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa have elevated Chef Amit Dash to the position of Multi-Property Director of Culinary.

In his expanded role, he will oversee culinary strategy, operations, menu development, and talent management across both properties, along with driving innovation and sustainability initiatives within the food and beverage function.

The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa: Tranquil Luxury Haven

Chef Amit brings over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality. Over the years, he has been involved in developing dining concepts, managing restaurant operations, and leading culinary teams across diverse formats.

During his tenure, he has contributed to strengthening the food and beverage offerings at both hotels. Restaurants such as Prego and EEST at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi have received industry recognition, while new concepts have been introduced to enhance the overall dining portfolio.

He has also led the launch of Teppan by EEST, an interactive teppanyaki dining concept, and Tangra – Tales of Chinatown at The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa, a restaurant inspired by Hakka-style Chinese cuisine.

In addition to restaurant development, his work has included chef collaborations, curated dining events, seasonal menus, and food-led experiences aimed at engaging guests and expanding culinary offerings.

Chef Amit has also been involved in team development, focusing on training, mentoring, and maintaining operational standards across kitchen teams.
