Ventive Hospitality Reports Higher Revenue and Profit Growth in FY26

Ventive Hospitality reported its consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2026, with growth across revenue, EBITDA and profit.

The company posted consolidated revenue of ₹870 crore in Q4 FY26, up 21 per cent year on year. EBITDA stood at ₹476 crore, up 28 per cent, while EBITDA margin expanded to 55 per cent. Profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter rose 72 per cent year-on-year to ₹259 crore.

For the full year FY26, consolidated revenue increased 24 per cent year-on-year to ₹2,666 crore. EBITDA grew 28 per cent to ₹1,299 crore, with EBITDA margin at 49 per cent. PAT stood at ₹502 crore, up from ₹48 crore in FY25. Comparative FY25 figures are on a pro forma basis.

The company’s hospitality business recorded revenue of ₹658 crore in Q4 FY26, up 13 per cent year-on-year, while hospitality EBITDA reached ₹295 crore with a margin of 45 per cent. Ventive said geopolitical tensions and travel restrictions impacted hospitality revenue and margins during the quarter.

For FY26, hospitality revenue rose 23 per cent to ₹1,980 crore, while EBITDA increased 33 per cent to ₹735 crore. EBITDA margin for the segment stood at 37 per cent.

Ventive’s annuity portfolio, which includes commercial real estate and retail assets in Pune, generated revenue of ₹127 crore in Q4 FY26 with EBITDA of ₹113 crore. For the full year, the annuity business reported revenue of ₹504 crore and an EBITDA margin of 90 per cent.

Operationally, the company’s Indian hotels reported an average daily rate (ADR) of ₹14,020 in Q4 FY26, up 12 per cent year-on-year, with occupancy remaining stable at 69 per cent. RevPAR for the Indian hospitality business grew 8 per cent during the quarter.

For the full year FY26, ADR stood at ₹12,516, reflecting 13 per cent growth, while occupancy was recorded at 64 per cent.

Ventive’s international hospitality business reported occupancy of 75 per cent in Q4 FY26, three percentage points higher year-on-year.

Ventive Hospitality also reported continued contribution from its food and beverage offerings. Indian hotels recorded same-store TRevPAR of ₹17,295 in Q4 FY26, while Maldives resorts posted same-store TRevPAR of ₹90,818 during the quarter.

During Q4 FY26, Ventive Hospitality completed the acquisition of Sol De Goa through its subsidiary Soham Leisure Ventures Private Limited. The company also acquired a 50.02 per cent stake in Narmada Estates Private Limited through Panchshil Corporate Park Private Limited, adding a development opportunity in Pune’s CBD market.

In addition, Panchshil Corporate Park acquired Finest-VN Business Park Private Limited, securing rights to expand Soho House in India, including ownership and operations of Soho House Mumbai.
