Ayush Saraf Appointed as Training Manager at JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru

JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru has appointed Ayush Saraf as Training Manager.

Based in Bengaluru, he will lead the hotel’s learning and development function, focusing on training strategy, associate capability building, and service culture.

In his new role, he will oversee structured training programs, leadership development initiatives, and employee engagement efforts, with an emphasis on aligning team performance with brand standards and operational requirements.

Ayush Saraf brings over a decade of experience in hospitality learning and development, with a focus on capability building and service-driven team environments.

Prior to this, he was associated with Coorg Marriott Resort and Spa, where he worked on training initiatives and employee engagement programs.

His experience also includes roles with The Tamara Coorg, Woods at Sasan, and Evolve Back Resorts, contributing to his exposure in learning, leadership development, and service culture.

The appointment reflects the property’s focus on strengthening learning and development practices and maintaining service consistency.
