Courtney Conching Appointed as Director of Group Sales at The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua

The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua has announced the appointment of Courtney Conching as its new Director of Group Sales.

Courtney brings over a decade of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, having worked across leading hotels in key roles, including serving as Complex Account Director for Marriott Waikīkī Collection, consisting of The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort
The Moana Surfrider, a Westin Resort & Spa, Sheraton Waikiki and Sheraton Princess Kaiulani.

She has also been a part of several hospitality brands such as The Royal Hawaiian, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Highgate, Hilton Waikiki Beach and Hilton Beijing. Prior to her new appointment,  she served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Alohilani Resort (Highgate).

In her new role, Courtney will oversee the resort’s comprehensive group sales strategy, focusing on luxury travel and incentive market and showcasing the property’s indoor and outdoor meeting facilities.
