Ventive Hospitality Appoints Amit Sachdeva as AVP – Operations

Ventive Hospitality has announced the appointment of Amit Sachdeva as Assistant Vice President – Operations, further strengthening its leadership team as the company enters its next phase of growth.

In his new role, Amit will oversee operational excellence across Ventive Hospitality’s portfolio, focusing on driving performance efficiencies, enhancing guest experience standards, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. He will also lead key operational functions to ensure alignment with the company’s vision of delivering world-class hospitality experiences.

Bringing over 25 years of industry experience, Amit has worked with globally renowned brands across luxury and upscale segments. Most recently, he served as General Manager at JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort and Spa. His career also includes leadership roles such as Cluster General Manager for Hyderabad Marriott Hotel and Convention Centre and Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad, as well as Assistant Vice President at The Camellias by DLF.

He has also held senior positions with leading hospitality groups including Marriott International, AccorHotels, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, and The Imperial New Delhi.

Throughout his career, Amit has been recognized for driving business turnarounds, delivering strong revenue growth, and building high-performing teams. His leadership has contributed to award-winning operations, consistent year-on-year growth across rooms and food and beverage, and high guest satisfaction scores.
