Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences Appoints Tushar Joshi as Finance Controller

Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences has announced the appointment of Tushar Joshi as its new Finance Controller, strengthening its financial leadership and operations.

Tushar Joshi brings over a decade of experience in finance, with expertise in financial reporting, compliance, taxation, budgeting and business partnering.

Prior to this appointment, Tushar served as Corporate Finance Manager at Asian Hotels East Limited, where he handled key finance functions, including reporting, cash flow management and compliance.

A qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, Tushar also holds an MBA in Finance. His professional experience includes working on merger and acquisition activities, IPO-related processes and funding documentation. He has also contributed to strengthening internal controls, standardising financial reporting systems and managing MIS reporting and investment portfolios.

In his new role, Tushar will oversee financial operations at the hotel, with a focus on profitability, compliance and operational efficiency. He will also work with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and optimise financial performance.
