WTM London 2025 Releases Conference Programme with 40 Sessions
World Travel Market (WTM) London has announced that the 2025 conference programme is now live, featuring 40 sessions with more to follow.
For the first time, all sessions will follow a unifying theme: Reimagining Travel in a Changing World. The theme will guide discussions on global policies, shifting traveller behaviours, and the evolving landscape of travel and tourism.

Highlights include the WTM Trends Report in association with Oxford Economics, the 19th WTM Ministers’ Summit, and a C-suite panel on London’s role as an event destination. Dedicated summits will also cover sustainability, technology, marketing, geo-economics, and DEAI, alongside sessions for media and influencers focusing on AI in travel media.
The programme brings together industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators to exchange ideas and perspectives on the future of travel.

Conference Manager, Brooke Gilbertson, said: “We set the bar really high last year, and the team have embraced the challenge of making the sessions and summits at WTM London 2025 even more appealing.
“The rate of change in travel is accelerating, which is why we’ve briefed all our speakers to consider this year’s theme of Reimagining Travel in a Changing World, and to help attendees find ways to thrive and prosper during this pivotal period for the travel and tourism industry.”
