Shivam Singh Appointed as Marketing & Public Relations Manager at Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, Dwarka, New Delhi

Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, Dwarka, New Delhi has announced the appointment of Shivam Singh as its new Marketing and Public Relations Manager.
Shivam brings extensive experience in public relations, marketing strategy, and guest engagement within the hospitality sector, with extensive expertise in brand building, digital marketing, event marketing, PR, and reputation management.
Before joining Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, Dwarka, New Delhi, Shivam worked across hospitality marketing and communications roles with renowned properties including Radisson MG Road, New Delhi, Marriott APEC, ZAFFRAN at Renaissance Lucknow, and Holiday Inn.
In his new role, Shivam will lead the hotel’s integrated marketing communications, public relations initiatives, brand collaborations, and guest engagement strategies.
His responsibilities will include strengthening media relations, enhancing digital storytelling, driving marketing campaigns, and supporting the property’s positioning as a preferred destination for business, leisure, and experiential hospitality in Delhi.
