Trademark Collection by Wyndham Reaches 100 Hotels in the United States
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has announced that its Trademark Collection by Wyndham brand now includes more than 100 hotels across the United States. The milestone reflects the brand’s continued growth since its launch in 2017 and its appeal among independent hotel owners seeking access to a global hospitality network while maintaining their property’s individual identity.
The brand has expanded steadily in the United States, with its domestic portfolio doubling over the past five years. Globally, Trademark Collection now includes nearly 350 hotels, with more than 100 additional properties currently under development.
According to Leo Danese, the brand allows independent hotel owners to retain their identity while gaining access to Wyndham’s distribution, technology and loyalty platform.

“Independent hotel owners don’t want to trade their identity for scale—and with Trademark Collection by Wyndham, they don’t have to. The brand gives them the freedom to keep what makes their hotels unique while benefiting from Wyndham’s global network,” Danese said.
Portfolio Growth Across Key Destinations

The U.S. portfolio of Trademark Collection hotels includes properties located in leisure destinations, urban centres and resort markets.
Among the notable properties is The Galt House Hotel, a riverfront hotel in Louisville with more than 1,300 rooms that serves as a central part of the city’s hospitality sector.
The Orbit Hotel, located near Cleveland, is set within a converted NASA facility and incorporates design elements inspired by the region’s aerospace heritage.
In Miami Beach, the MB Hotel offers a boutique oceanfront stay influenced by the area’s Art Deco history.
Another property in the collection is the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel, located near Hilo Bay with views of Mauna Kea and access to Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park.
In New York City, The Beekman Tower offers apartment-style accommodations in the Turtle Bay neighbourhood, with views of the East River and nearby landmarks.
Expanding Presence in International Markets

Trademark Collection by Wyndham has also expanded in several international destinations. The portfolio includes properties such as Hotel Traveltine Downtown Singapore in Singapore’s Kampong Glam district and The Proud Karon Beach Phuket near Karon Beach.
In Europe, the brand operates Fontinha Porto, located close to Porto’s historic districts, while in Mexico City, Hotel MX Condesa offers accommodations in the Condesa neighbourhood.
The portfolio also includes the Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias, an all-inclusive beachfront resort composed of three interconnected properties.
Hotels joining Trademark Collection gain access to Wyndham’s distribution network, marketing platform and technology tools. Owners can also connect with travellers through Wyndham Rewards, which has more than 120 million members worldwide. Wyndham has also invested over $425 million in technology since 2018 to strengthen its digital infrastructure, distribution systems and revenue management tools for franchise partners.
