The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace Appoints Shayaan Mitha as Senior Sous Chef at Prego

The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace has appointed Shayaan Mitha as Senior Sous Chef at its Italian restaurant, Prego.
Shayaan brings experience from hospitality brands including Goa Marriott Resort & Spa, The Leela Palace Bengaluru, and Sheraton Grand Pune. His culinary background includes a focus on Italian cuisine along with exposure to contemporary global techniques.
In his new role, Shayaan will lead culinary operations at Prego, overseeing menu development, kitchen operations, and overall dining experience.

His approach to cooking centres on adapting traditional Italian recipes with contemporary methods, while also focusing on team collaboration and kitchen management.

Speaking about his appointment, Shayaan Mitha said, “Joining Prego at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace is an incredible opportunity to challenge the status quo.
