The Royal Bell has announced two new leadership appointments in the culinary team, further elevating its reputation as a premier culinary destination in Bromley.
Michael McDaid- appointed as Executive Head Chef

Michael McDaid is bringing with him 24 years of culinary experience to the new role.
His career in hospitality began at the age of 15. Michael has cooked in some of the most renowned kitchens in the industry, including Seabird at The Hoxton, Galvin at Windows, Maze, BAFTA, The Spotted Pig, New York, The Princess Royal and St. John.
Aldo Zilli- appointed as Chef
Chef Aldo Zilli, renowned for his Italian cuisine, will oversee ‘Aldo’s Pizza’ and ‘Zilli Caffé’. With decades of experience in curating authentic Italian flavour, Aldo Zilli’s appointment signals a move to further elevate the gastronomical offerings at The Royal Bell to the scene with fresh and expertly handcrafted pizza slices.
