APPOINTMENT
The Den Bengaluru has announced the appointment of Roberta Figueiredo as the new Director of Human Resources.
Roberta brings over two decades of diverse experience in human capital strategy, organizational development, and people management. She will spearhead The Den’s overall HR functions and departments.
In her hospitality career, Roberta has held senior HR leadership roles in leading hospitality brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Atmosphere Maldives, Conrad Bengaluru, and V&RO Hospitality.
Recently, she was Country Leader People & Culture at ARATT Developers & Ayatana Hospitalities. She is known for tying business objectives with HR initiatives to deliver performance, profitability, and growth.
In her new role, Roberta will concentrate on building the hotel’s HR capabilities, developing the talent pipeline, instilling a culture of learning and belonging, and cultivating a high-performing and future-fit workforce.
Her practice integrates operational HR effectiveness with a strategic vision centered on putting people at the core of the business.
