Chef Pradeep Kumar Thakur Appointed as Executive Chef at The Astor Goa

The Astor Goa has announced the appointment of Chef Pradeep Kumar Thakur as its new Executive Chef.
Chef Thakur brings over two decades of experience across leading hospitality brands, including InterContinental, The Lalit Resort Goa, Club Mahindra, Kenilworth Resort & Spa, Lemon Tree Hotels, ibis Hotels, ITC Fortune Goa, and Marriott International.
He holds extensive expertise in kitchen operations, curating Indian regional cuisines and live-fire techniques.
At The Astor Goa, his approach will focus on ingredient-led cooking, combining traditional techniques with local influences. The menus are expected to draw from regional flavours and seasonal produce, with an emphasis on seafood and locally sourced ingredients.
