The Skirvin, a Hilton Hotel, Completes $22 Million Renovation
The Skirvin, a Hilton Hotel, has successfully completed a $22 million renovation of its historic 225-room property. Managed by Hilton and led by Robinson Park, this nine-month project updated the guest rooms, meeting spaces, and the grand lobby, enhancing The Skirvin’s position as a key gathering place in Oklahoma City.
Guest Rooms
Each of the 225 guest rooms has been redesigned to harmonize the hotel’s historic character with modern comforts. The updates feature custom furnishings, layered lighting, and refreshed bathrooms equipped with polished stone surfaces, glass-enclosed showers, and gold fixtures. Large windows allow for ample natural light and offer views of downtown Oklahoma City.

Chase Rollins, General Manager, said, “Every detail was chosen with intention. From the fabrics to the lighting, we wanted guests to notice the care and craftsmanship in each room.”
Meeting and Event Spaces

The hotel now offers more than 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The restored Venetian Room features large windows with city views, while ballrooms and breakout spaces throughout the property combine historic architecture with modern finishes, accommodating events from corporate meetings to weddings.
Rollins added, “The design of our event spaces allows guests to host a wide range of gatherings in a setting that connects with the property’s history.”
Dining and Amenities

Dining at Perle Mesta, led by Oklahoma chef Andrew Black, features seasonal, locally sourced ingredients alongside globally inspired dishes. The hotel also includes the Red Piano Lounge with live music, a Boomtown Creamery ice cream parlor, a fitness center, and an indoor pool.
